I am currently studying Nutrition, health, and exercise science at the University of Nebraska, with a minor in psychology. I am originally from Lakewood, CO which is just west of Denver. I grew up playing in the mountains, going to the lake, and also playing sports. I’ve always been a very active person and a motivated person as I am a triplet and am always competing to one up my sisters. My high school sports experience is truly what has made me the person I am today. In high school I played football and also participated in track and field. I had a lot of success in both of those sports and had great mentors around me. Sports in high school also were the reason why I wanted to become a personal trainer. For four years my life was either at the gym, a field, or a track. I’ve learned so many variations of movements and different exercise types that I became very fascinated with. My current goal because of this fascination of mine is to either become an Occupational Therapist or a Cardiac rehabilitation specialist.

I recently acquired my Certified Personal Training designation and enjoy implementing new techniques and methods in our bootcamps and our Three Pillars Personal Training.

My time at Fit4Lincoln has been absolutely amazing and I’m definitely proud to be apart of this Warrior familY!
